Can’t send photos

I have a Samsung J5 linked to Gmail account but for some reason I cannot send emails or attach photos to Yahoo email on my iPad .
Any ideas please as I have been able to in the past

Which mail app are you using on the Samsung? Try https://www.gmail.com on the Samsung to verify your mail is working.

Gmail.com, I live in Buckinghamshire if that helps

Cannot send or do not receive?

Select the photo in your gallery, select share, select email and then add the emails address and a subject and a few letters in the main subject box.

Found emails may end up in spam with no subject or message.

Not receiving then the picture maybe too large, what are yahoos limits for picture size?

The plot thickens... look in your Gmail sent items. How many have you sent in the last 24 hours (and, possibly, how many of them have photos in them)?
