I'd say go for 'Other', adding to the appeal template as Fruitcake has recommended.
Have you complained to the landowner? Much success with landowner complaints here recently - excellent way to get PCNs cancelled and best done ASAP.0 -
Appealing costs the scammer money. It also sometimes encourages them to take cases which they are most unlikely to win to court.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

I've emailed the retailer in question who have been slow to respond and I've sent a reminder to them. I really need to find out who owns the site though, bit of an oversight on my part!0
