    Don't see any of that in the report. Where did that come from? Seems she went straight to the USA.

    It puts in stark contrast the US and UK attitudes to customer service and parking.

    American friends and acquaintances who come over here are invariably amazed at the hoops a customer has to jump through to park somewhere that is seeking to attract their custom and the punitive charges that they seek to impose if you transgress.
