Does the letter give you 30 days to respond and include forms to complete, which you don't.

    Does it prove their claim.

The £60 is a fake add on and ABUSE OF PROCESS

Read this, it will form a major part to your defence

where do I go from here.
Court, where it will be likely won by you, as we see 99% success in court.

    Which parking firm?

Which car park/site and what alleged contravention?

Have you sent the PPC a SAR, as the NEWBIES thread tells you?

  • What are they. I haven't admitted anything to anyone. The company is now BW Legal but was previously With Norwich Traffic control.

No, it's still Norwich Traffic Control. They are using BW Legal to send letters.

Please read the NEWBIES FAQS sticky thread, second post, about LBC stage and SAR.

So you now have 30 days, best to go for 27-28 days to rebut what they say with proof of your own.

You need a definitive answer to the £60 add-on.
They will probably say "admin costs" "contractual charge" "legal costs" "debt collectors fee"
These are just a few of the rubbish claims they come out with.
The fake add-on of £60 is simply EXTRA PROFIT

Maybe they will dream up something else but whatever they do, District Judge Taylor said it was ABUSE OF PROCESS and kicked the case out

Nine out of ten of these so called breaches of contract are scams so complain to your MP I you think it was wrongly issued.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, and persistent offenders denied access. Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers.

Until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
