Hello,
Need another advise.
They used to have parking machines but they were vandalised all the time (I'm not surprised). Now in order to pay I have to call or use an app and the problem is my drivers often forgot to tell me they parked there. One of my drivers told me 3h after leaving but he did not remember how long he was there so I paid for full 2 hours. Of course I got PCN because we did not pay within 10min of arrival. I wrote 2 unsuccessful appeals and they want me to pay 160 now.
One time my driver told me a day after an no PCN arrived.
Any advise?

Who are 'they'?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
