Magnet Trade

Back in July we bought new internal doors from Magnet Trade counter. When they arrived, the bathroom lock was faulty so didn't lock. Rang Magnet who said it was a faulty batch and gave us a new lock.This was also faulty.Have been to the trade counter approx 4 times now, asking what is happening etc.Every time, no one seems to know how they can get more locks and have told to to go elsewhere to find one! I have tried, but with no joy.I have been promised countless times that they will call me and sort things out but no one rings back.
Im so fed up.I wanted to write to head office or something complaining but I cant find and address.Can anyone help?
