If course I have been in touch with the estate agents and the managers and done my homework thank you very much. Perhaps if you can't give positive advice may be just scroll past instead of being rude.

Whats the rest of the market like in your area are things selling or is it stagnant too?
Have you had feedback from your agent about the hit rate of your property on RM?
How does that compare with what they would expect from a property of that type...if people are looking at it on line and that's not translating into viewings then there will be an issue somewhere...its often price but its not always exclusively that.in S 38 T 2 F 50
