Why was the battery replaced? and were there any lights on when the old battery was installed?
I know that it shouldn't be possible to cross connect the battery but it might be worth checking this just in case.
One other thing to check is the new battery itself to make sure that it's not faulty and is well charged. It's unlikely to be flat but still a possibility.0 -
It's multimeter time.
See if there's power to the ignition switch. See if there's power out of the switch. Follow everything down and around.
What dash lights should there be? Oil pressure, charge, hydraulic pressure?
I presume the starter's not doing anything, either.0 -
Is it not a blown main fuse?0
