my aspire es 14 is showing; harddisk security) port 0 TOSHIBA lock - can anyone help please

its windows 10 64 bit

ive downloaded windows and my drivers onto an usb and changed to boot at usb in bios but its saying theres 0 space to install

can anyone please give me instructions from start to finish on what i need to do cheers

its also making a clicking noise

    Sounds like it's been encrypted in the laptop BIOS and is asking for the password

    Knackered disk by the sound of it; take it out (may need a computer friend to do this) and test it on another computer.

    thanks - i did try putting password in but it lets me in and goes no further -
    my opinion was its hd has gone but wanted to make sure before i took to the shop and asked them to have a go with it

    Don't think about taking it to a shop before attempting to swap the HDD to an SSD yourself.. They won't do you any favours.
