So I got two tickets from NPM. I paid one but ignored the other. now I've become a little worried the fine is now £160. I stumbled upon a website parkingfines.org.uk and it says for £18 it can get rid of my ticket. I emailed them and they said none of their clients that have got a ticket from NPM has gone to court. Is this too good to be true? I already stated i was the driver by accident as i only looked online afterwards

For the princely sum of £0.00 you can beat these tickets using a combination of the sticky thread on here, further advice from this forum, and a smattering of common senseFrom the Plain Language Commission:

You do not need a company to beat NPM.
Some of them - not that one - are shockingly aggressive and IMHO, worse than PPCs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Seems the poster doesn't want to believe what he'll be told - he's posted the same 2 questions on Pepipoo as well“You’re only here for a short visit.
