Holiday lodge owner gas consumption

Options
I own two holiday lodges at Willow Pastures Country Park, near Skirlaugh East Yorkshire. The lets are fully managed by the company that own the land- The Tony Cook Group in Skirlaugh, East Yorkshire, and let by Hoseasons.
Each lodge has two bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a gas combi boiler and wood burning stove. Electric cooker.
Costs are deducted from my earnings by The Tony Cook Group, including 30% commissions on bookings, but each month they charge me for two 47kg bottles of propane gas, per lodge. The lodges haven't been fully let out each month.
Having googled it, two 47kg bottles of gas for each lodge per month seems ridiculous. Can any one confirm this? Does any one have experience of owning a holiday lodge and gas bottle consumption? I really need your help as The Tony Cook Group are so far swindling me with these extortionate charges- I think. Is there some sort of ombudsman that can be contacted? TIA
