Can i keep the boilers??

Firstly, apologies if this post is in the wrong place. I have recently had problems with the company arranging a new boiler installation and wondered where I stood and what I can do.........My old boiler was covered by a 'homeplan' but due to its age they would not repair it when it recently broke, I decided to purchase a new boiler with their sister company and this is when the problems started..........I received a quote for a replacement boiler but decided that I wanted a more powerful one, so arranged this over the phone with one of their agents and arranged an installation date. On the morning of the arranged installation date (which involved me taking a day off work), the new boiler was delivered. When the engineer arrived, he noticed that not everything had been delivered so was unable to fit the new boiler that day...after he left I noticed that the boiler that had been delivered was the original one that I was quoted for, and not the more powerful one that I requested. I phoned the company who ‘insisted’ that the correct one had been delivered, and it was only after several phone calls that they admitted there had been an error. A replacement boiler was ordered and delivery arranged for the following Saturday (I was unable to take any more time off work), when it was finally delivered, the wrong boiler had been delivered again!!! This time more powerful than the one I requested. I rang the company the following Monday and they accepted that there had been some confusion and ANOTHER boiler would be delivered the following Saturday. This time the correct boiler was delivered and the installation was completed the following day. My initial phone call to them was on 25th May, and the boiler was eventually installed on 23rd June. I now have 2 spare boilers in my home (including the 2 pallets they were delivered on). I had to use a day’s holiday from work, which was wasted, and two Saturdays were ruined as I had to wait in for delivery of the replacement boilers. The company has not been in touch as yet to arrange the pickup of the two spare boilers but I’m sure they will......is there anything I can do ,such as claim compensation for the wasted day off work and weekends, or charge a storage fee for the 2 boilers?

The owners have up to six years to claim the cost of the boilers through the courts.
You can ask for reasonable compensation and reasonable storage fees, though they do not have to pay .
If you want £££s then you want a compo soliciter .

Last I knew you could give them 6 months to pick up the goods or you could dispose of them. I have gone down that route a few times and they seemed to be lightning quick at arranging their collection.
Just email the company and tell them they have 6 months to collect them or you will charge storage fees and after say 6 months of storage you will dispose of the goods. make sure you go through ceo mail as they will be quick at arranging their pickup
Someone please tell me what money is

Thanks for your reply....to be honest the amount they have messed me about, I am in no rush to remind them about the boilers and I certainly wont be ruining another weekend waiting for them to collect them. I wondered if i could keep (and sell) them if they 'forgot' that I had them.

No they are not lawfully yours.
Be a much bigger pain if they take you to court for theft.
Go the inform them route .
