Parking fines coming to my address for someone who lives 2 doors away

I am pretty hot at this stuff but now at a loss - I have over the last 2 months received over 30 letters from Parking Eye, addressed to someone else, but with my address. I know this person - they live 2 doors away. So I have - walked them down to her (not nobbled her just handed them over), I have re-directed them back to Parking Eye with her address and still they come. I have tried called Parking Eye but can only get through to the payment line. Any ideas? I am concerned that she may registered her car to my bloody address but no way of checking this..I don't drive so they'd be hard pushed to do anything to me.


UPDATE - did as suggested by responders below - THANK YOU - immediate reply from P/E GDPR - no further letters will be sent..unless, registered keeper details flag up to my addy again...that was easy - Thanks again people

I would email their DPO, pointing out the address they have on record for VRM xxxyyy is wrong. You have no connection to the vehicle. YOu require they update their records, and cease sending letters to your address.

Send a data concern using their data privacy page, and tell them to 'erase' your address from their data records, and prove you live there (copy of Council tax bill maybe) and tell their Data Protection Officer that she lives at number xx and to 'rectify' their data records immediately.

The 2 words in inverted commas are the ones to use as they are in the GDPR and it is your legal right to have this data erased & rectified as it is an error.
