Also how likely are DRP to push this pall the way to court?

DRP can't even push a bike to court. They have no legal interest in the alleged debt. All they can do is send empty threats. Just ignore them and their alter-image Zenith (same dog, same smell) if they come out of the swamp.

DRP are on a no win, no fee basis with EMPARK, and as they collect around a 15% bounty of any payment made, they'll be in no hurry to hand a potential £2,800 target back, saying 'Sorry boss, we failed, back to you - no charge'!

Only EMPARK or their solicitors can issue court proceedings.
