I have seen that in other threads and in here before posting, but thought I'll double check if it's up-to-date as I couldn't find it listed in MCOL.
Thank you for confirming.0 -
I did email the CCBC in the middle of last year, when the CCBCAQ email address disappeared from their website, pointing out their error, but receive no response.0

I've emailed the defence with help of you guys.
I need to submit 'Directions Questionnaire' by today i.e 29th July.
Is CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk the right email for submitting this similar to the 'defence statement?
I shouldn't have left it till last day. I didn't notice until today that a copy should be sent to 'Claimant' as well. The claimant is 'Civil enforcement Ltd'. Does anyone know their email address? I couldn't find it in their website. I found appeals@ce-service.co.uk on one of the forums, but I'm not sure if this is for usual appeals for PCNs or if I can use it to also send the 'Directions Questionnaire' copy.
I can post it to them probably by special delivery 1pm next day, but I'm worried if it counts as missed deadline. Can someone please advise?0 -

CEL email addresses get posted here from time to time.
I would send it standard first class post with a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office counter.
A one day delay to a DQ will not prejudice them.0 -
Thank you very much Keith for your advice.
You have put my mind at ease. I'll send it by first class and get certificate of posting.0
