Cordon Sweet Peas - next steps?

I’m growing cordon sweet peas for the first time. They’re doing really well and are already 7” tall and producing amazing blooms. I’m about to untie them and move them all to the next stake so they’ve got more room to grow but I reckon they’ll reach the top of the new stake again in a flash. Do I just keep repeating the process? Do I ever pinch the top or do I just let them grow and grow? Will they carry on growing or do they have a natural limit?
Hope someone can help!

You have to be careful with sweet peas that they don't become top heavy, we always cut them from the top.0

I’m deliberately growing them tall and pinching out the side shoots. You’re supposed to get far fewer, but far better blooms. Brilliant results so far. Shame I’m not mad about the colours I planted...
I’ve untied all the stems and moved them to the next cane so they’re all 3/4 of the way up rather than teetering over the top. I’m just a bit unsure because all the guides I’ve read about growing this way seem to talk about doing this once rather than several times, which I think I’ll have to do if they keep growing at the same rate.0
