Can anyone recommend a community bank account. I work with 150 people and would like to have an account for gifts, cards and special occasions. My preference would be online to easily track transactions- similar to monzo. Thanks!

I think you're going to find this difficult as I expect any bank to ask you for Constitution with a formal committee. It won't be free.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

Sounds awful, you'd be buying presents on a more than daily basis. And on your birthday you'd get 150 tie pins or joke mugs. And Christmas would bankrupt you.0
