Car Troubles

Hello, so I purchased my Car from a Well known car dealership Franchise. I picked my car up on 8th of May and paid £9K on Finance.
Within 1 day i noticed faults occurring with it. So advised the dealership immediately who booked it in to be checked.
Faults noted:
- rear passenger seatbelt unlocked twice whilst in use.
- 2x cracks in windscreen
- wipers not clearing driving view
- car shuddering whilst breaking
- 1" of stagnant water in rear passenger footwell
They full check of the car revealed quite alot of problems:
- all brake pads and discs needed changing
- too much travel on handbrake
- oil pipe regurgitating
- yellow paint on sill
- wipers not working
- air con gone
- outside temp gauge broken
After a week of them having the car, I pick it up and confirm with dealership that everything has been fixed. I drive it home 20miles... and I notice towards the end of my journey that the car feels lame and not as pokey as it has done previous. I park it up and return within 30mins to notice there is a considerable oil leakage trailing out from under the car measuring a good 7ft long on a flat road surface. I checked the oil level in the car and it was barely touching the dipstick. I called them up to only get the sales team as the service centre was now closed. He advised a message was left.
Having heard nothing from them, I gave them a ring and told them about the oil leak. I was then advised I would be booked in for 3 weeks time to have my car looked at. I wasn't happy at this, as I obviously anyone who buys a car needs the use of it!... I was told to drive it! When I pointed out it had no oil in the engine bay, the engine could cease up if I had to drive it 20 miles to them. I was then advised to pay for a pick up truck to get it to them. I requested the Manager... who then rang me back 5 hours later. My car has now been towed to they garage and I've been given a courtesy car.
My now next problem is, when I purchased the car I was told it had full service history! Not once but twice and that because its a mercedes its electronic and not a old stamp in the book. So i have now recieved this, to my horror to find its last service was done in 2016... I only purchased the car on the full service history as the car is approaching 80k miles so knowing timing belts would of needed doing before this, I felt confident to buy the car knowing it had all been done and of course been looked after.
Basically in a nutshell, do i have any rights whatsoever to hand this car back on any of the details I've stated above? Or request a replacement? As I obviously need a car
Thank you in advance

Within 30 days of purchase, yes, absolutely. That's a heck of a list... But you've had it nearly two months now. So, not any more. They have a right to repair.Mrssuggitt wrote: »Basically in a nutshell, do i have any rights whatsoever to hand this car back on any of the details I've stated above?
I'd not be giving that supplier a chance to see any more of my money.Or request a replacement?
But, then, I'd not have given them it in the first place - a lot of that list would have been blindingly obvious on even the most cursory of viewings...0 -

Those standing faults would have been observed prior to collection

again those items in bold would have been observed upon collection and test drive.

Once again, your consumer rights remain, just as the retailer rights remain, from the outside it does look as if you are seeking ways to retract from the deal you have entered, as many of the genuine concerns would should have been observed upon viewing and test driving the vehicle.
yet you still went ahead and purchased, if they told you this n that before you bought it and you believed them, then there is no reason not to believe them that once they have the vehicle back in the workshop they will resolve the issues.
Yes alternatively you can opt for the consumer fight ,if you win or not who knows, what we do know it will take a long time and extra cost to resolve.0
