Budget Graphics Card for new computer

A friend of mine is building me a new computer to be used for general email, browsing and a small amount of video editing and joining.
We are going to try one of the new Ryzen processors when they are released in a week or so. I would be interested in any suggestions for a budget graphics card for this machine. The machine will not be used for games or HD movies etc, so something simple and low cost would suffice.

I've used one of these in a cheap build before:-

Not sure how it would play with a Ryzen 3000 though.0 -
Get one of the APUs and you won't need a graphics card at all. Look out for a G at the end of the product code.0

Thanks, but the newer Ryzen APUs are not being released until later on in the year.0 -

You can always get a cheap Ryzen now (a Ryzen 3 2200G or something) to get it going and then if your heart is set on a newer Ryzen you should be able to just swap it out (update the BIOS first) and and sell the Ryzen 3 later.0 -
I understood that the new APUs are being released next week. But as Neil says the old ones will be just fine if you can't wait.0
