Guaranteed pension credit -> Full HB?

Hello I have a relative who lives in an upstairs flat that she owns but due to her age (79) and her health it is no longer suitable. She has been offered a council sheltered house. She gets guaranteed pension credit with an indefinite assessed income period (AIP). From my research, moving to a sheltered house will not end this and thus the fact she will have savings from the sale of her flat (£50k maybe?) will not end her current benefits (reduced council tax and the pension credit).
My question is, does the fact she’s on guaranteed pension credit automatically passport her into getting full housing benefit? Or will the fact she’s selling her flat and will have maybe £40k in the bank (after estate agent fees, etc) supersede the guaranteed pension credit so she won’t get full housing benefit until her capital is spent on the rent? I have had a look at the DWP Decision Makers Guide because I would like to go forearmed to my appointment to get the keys and apply for HB but I can’t find the relevant section.
Also, if anything I’ve said from my research is wrong, I would appreciate correcting and any advice you can give!

Your 100% correct full HB should be due regardless of her savings due to the AIP in place from PC.0
