Your PPI Claiming Facility is impossible to use. Many of the answers are not accepted, even though perfectly valid.
The result was that I could not submit a claim.

Is this a deliberate ploy to reduce the number of claims?

Are you talking about Resolver? Why would a complaints email system not process complaints?

If you want to submit a complaint, have you considered submitting it yourself?

No "reclaiming facility" on this website is affiliated with any Bank or other financial institution.

If it doesn't work for you, this is not an indication that there is any conspiracy-it just means you need to complain directly to the lender concerned.

Resolver is just an email system. Sends emails you write to the correct department at the organisation you specify.

    What answers won't it accept?

That is not at all logical.

Seeing as resolver harvests the data to sell on in an aggregated form for profit, it makes more money, the more people use it.
he result was that I could not submit a claim.
And what reason did it give?

There is no PPI claiming facility on this site. If you are using a different website, complain to them.

It links to it, it's not actually hosted by this site, therefore, if you want to complain about a website, you go to the website to complain, not the third party that links to it.

Regardless, the OP seems to be content with simply moaning about it on a discussion forum rather than making a formal complaint.

In addition, with the cut off date for PPI fast approaching, the OP would surely be wisest devoting his or her time creating a valid and compelling mis-selling complaint to send directly to the seller of the insurance?
