eDreams

Recently booked some long distant flights through eDreams. The booking included no quibble insurance for cancellation whatever the reason.
Had to cancel, contacted eDreams, on the phone before they answered for some two hours.
Cancellation confirmed, email arrived stating refund inside 10 days.
Now over two weeks and no refund, tried contacting them. No email address and not using phone due to previous experience.
Anybody else had dealings with this company? If so which is the best way to contact them?

    Unfortunately eDreams don’t have the best reputation.

    Take a look on Trip Advisor on the Air Travel forum. Use the search function to see eDreams threads. Lots and lots of disgruntled customers.
