As Finance and Property Lasting Power of Attorney can I act on the donor's behalf to make a PPI claim?

You'll be able to make both a complaint and a claim, should you need to.
However, in both cases, the individual will need to provide at least some of the background information, particularly for a complaint, unless you were also there at the point of sale.0
