Bath store franchise liquidation

Options
Hi there
Looking for a snippet of hope. Bath store Brighton have gone into liquidation as they are a franchise of bathstore who are in administration..
I have paid 1350 for my bathroom goods but I don’t know if I will see the money again. The bathroom was supposed to come today. We paid on our Halifax credit cards for the bathroom items but as they are 70 pc all under 100 pounds each with maybe only 3 big bits totalling about 450 pounds the rest are. Under 100 pounds each.
They are all the parts for a bathroom but separate items. Read through my terms and they Halifax will only pay for items above 100 pounds.
Do you know if this is correct ? Also read if something is a set then it covers all . Wishfull thinking on my part.
If I only get a few hundred back from Halifax then will I have to write off the 1 k as company in liquidation ?
Any help would be great as feel so lost and miserable.
