Electrical Certificate

Afternoon
My landlords agents have asked me to obtain an electrical certificate as the insurance company has requested it. They are saying that it is my responsibility as I have a full repairing lease.
Does that come under the full repairing lease? Also my lease expired 2 years ago and am still waiting for a new one.
Thanks

Yes, it's normal practice to foot the bill for all repairs and maintenance for a commercial property.
You are responsible for keeping everything safe, an electrical inspection will prove the electrics are safe.0 -
If its commercial FRI lease it is your responsibility to pay for it, unless the lease says otherwise.
If your lease is protected it continues on the terms agreed until a new lease is agreed.0
