Welcome to the site. As you appear to be an infrequent poster, can I suggest that you use the "search" facility directly above your post, rather than asking questions which have been covered 16 times? It saves lots of repetition on the boards.

Hi hkalami and welcome. :) As Marky says above me, the search facility can be helpful and you can very often find exactly what info you're looking for. Mind you, sometimes it has an off day, but for the most part it usually works ok, lol.

I had a quick browse and found this thread for example:

You could do a search yourself to see if there's anything more suitable. Sorry I can't be of help myself. Hope you find what you're after.

Ive just got back from 2 weeks in Gran Canaria and used https://www.gatwickparking.net - maple manor - and whats even better than the £5 a day price is that you drop the car off and pick up at arrivals - no buses or anything. Brilliant! First time I have used them, very recommended.
    Hope this helps

I've used http://www.tudorrose.co.uk a couple of times without any problems.

From £4.50 a day to £5.60 a day depending upon exactly when and duration of stay.

Seems you can get up to 20% off for booking online.

..the thing with tudor rose is though is that its still a park and ride or you have to drive to them, pick up the bloke and drive to the terminal where you get out your car - takes about 20 minutes longer than maple manor on departure....also maple manor same price all year round...

  • I just swaped £12.50 of Tesco Club Card vouchers and it buys £50 in parking at Purple parking. It was easy to do and worth exchanging the vouchers for. There are lots of choice of places to park and we chose one 7 minutes from Gatwick.

    Hi There!

We normally stay at the Hilton at Gatwick on the south terminal.

It normally costs about £110 which includes cooked/continental breakfast and comes with 2 weeks free parking in the carpark basically opposite to the hotel. The rooms are lovely, TV, films, games console, tea/coffe/chocalate/biscuits etc, and loads of freebies (shamppo, conditioner, bubble bath, shower gel, toothbrush 7 toothpaste, flannels, show cap etc etc). Staff are wonderful too. You can also use the pool, exercise room and hair salon.

I know it seems expensive, but we normally do this when we go to USA, and we can check our luggage in the day before so there is no panic or lugging it around :D Once you break down costs etc, the parking is basically free!

Saying that, my mum normally pays for it as we go away together as a family, but she can afford it..lol

I always stay at the Ifield Court Hotel the night before my flight. They offer free parking for 14 days in summer and 28 days in winter. They have a free shuttle to take you to the airport and pick you up when you return.

Single rooms are £65 and doubles £85. That includes a full breakfast. Fully recommended.
Their email address is: ifieldcourt@btconnect.com and their phone number is: 01293 534807.

    regards,
    Art.

    Hi
Depending on your flight times I would drop the family at the airport(departures are upstairs) then drive for approx two-three miles to Langley Green(residental area)and get the bus service which takes approx 15 minutes to the airport. This is a half an hour service.I can give you bus times if you wish. The return would be in reverse-you get the bus and collect at the airport downstairs (in the pick up and drop off)your family must be ready and come to you as you are not allowed to park for along time here.Ifield and Three Bridges have also a train service to Gatwick. You will be able to find ample free parking in these areas.I can also advise where you get the buses.

so you are suggesting parking in the streets of Crawley whilst you go on your holiday's-that's nice for the resident's who have a car parked right outside their house for 2 weeks!! I live in Crawley and parking around Three Bridges is at a premium at the best of times-there is alway's a on going problem with people who commute up to London and leave their car in the streets. We live 2o minutes walk from Three Bridges and have people who have left their car outside our house for 3 weeks!! another time somebody parked so awkwardly we struggled to get out of our driveway!!
Sorry if I'm moaning but have a thought for local resident's who suffer from this ongoing problem...If I was flying from another airport-like Heathrow-I would like everybody else have to pay for parking-it's part of the cost of going on holiday!!!
    from a moaning cliff!!!
