Just thought I’d let you all know the following good news.
I had received a court date of the 4th December. Sent my witness statements and evidence yesterday as today was the deadline.
Today I receive a letter from VCS. I was expecting it to be their witness statement. Instead it was a Notice of Discontinuance.
They have dropped the court case!

Good news. They either realised they had no case of feared being spanked again for Abuse of process
