Not sure if I can claim

Options
Some background to my story.
I was a non-shareholder employee/director (PAYE) of a company.
Effectively just an employee with a fancy title.
The company was struggling, I tendered my resignation on 3/6 and left through mutual consent on 12/6.
The company went into administration yesterday and the administrator called to advise I would be receiving a 'redundancy pack'.
Which makes me think they don't know I resigned?
I'm really confused as to what to do.
I was there for 31 years and would be entitled to a very good sum of redundancy, but I would be happy enough just to get settled.for the few weeks salary I'm owed.
I don't want to claim for redundancy if there's any chance I'll get 'rumbled' and I'd have to pay it back or face some sort of action.

You'll get no advice on fraud here.

    I'm confused, not attempting fraud.
I've never had a redundancy pack before, I've no idea if it will give me the option to say I resigned prior to the company folding.
If it does, great, I'm happy to claim for my month's notice.

Did you resign as an employee, a director, or both ?
If it was a limited company, has the correct documentation been submitted to Companies house to remove you as a director ?

    Resigned as both
Companies house advised they hadn't received the TM-01 form yet, I contacted the company solicitor last week.
But, of course, they've now been wound up since.

What was your notice period? presumably you are still within that, even if you weren't working your notice?

For the benefit of anyone else reading this thread.
The administrators have given me a 'CN REFERENCE' as if I was being made redundant.
There is a seperate procedure for claiming for lost notice and I need an 'LN REFERENCE'.
Once I get this, I can then go into gov.uk/claim-redundancy and input figures.
