If I have a conversation with him tomorrow and come away believing he understands the impact of the markers they are using but still refuses to change them then so be it. But the facts he has stated in the email he sent today are simply incorrect and that's what concerns me the most. He says they are doing whats best for me and credit file recovery which is not true, if he said thats how we record it and tough then thats a different thing entirely. his email clearly says by doing this, you will be in a better position at the end of the DAS than you would be if we had placed the default in 2013.....not true.
