Car insurance question

I had a claim on my policy but my named driver was driving the car. I renewed another car with the same broker yesterday, the claim came up and he went off for several minutes and checked it out.On the renewal notice, there is a claim against my name but not my named driver who is also on this insurance.
I just assumed that he had checked everything and knew that facts of the claim and I'm trying to remember if I stated the facts. I just can't remember. I don't know how to check with the insurance broker as I paid yesterday, I will incur charges if it's changed and I might have a higher insurance premium. If I leave it any insurance claim will be null and void. ???
