I have been trying to call today I press 3 and after she finished talking it beeps a few times. Then the phone gets put down. I also tried last week and the same thing happend.0

Same here today.
It's been a nightmare as still not got loan but have sent back the 2nd form I had to sign.0 -
Remember they will more than likely have backlogs as per usual and that you can wait anywhere up to 20 working days once they RECEIVE the completed form accepting the loan they have offered, which means anywhere up to four weeks.
"Allow 20 working days before phoning if you return your form by post (it may not have been processed before then)." Source gov.uk0
