Investment advice 5 properties or one big house.

I need some advice please I am 24 years old. I have a trust in my name. In the trust I have 5 houses .

House A - 6 Bedroom , 3 Bathroom
Worth £820k rental £3000 a month

House B 4- Bedroom, 2 Bathroom
Worth £530k £2000 a month

House c - 3 bedroom 2 bathroom
Worth 350k £1600 a month

2 other houses which is are my parents family homes which my parents own and not in trust.

In the trust I also have 2 holiday homes aboard. They are are on rent.

The 3 houses in london on rent I receive 6600 a month. That around £80k a year. I am working so around 105k a year. This is before tax.

If I sold the houses I would receive 1.7m.

This is my problem. If you where in this postion. Do you keep the properties on rent and work. Or just buy 1 big mansion for 2million and not receive the 80k income a year.

Was only thinking of him today as some Crazy tried insulting me over on the comps board today and for some reason I could only think of this fella. Very coincidental this 'newbie' has popped up here tonight.

    Have reported.

I thought you were moving to the US of A? Have they not rolled out the red carpet and given you a Green Card yet?

    need advice on investment?
    a) learn to count: 3 +2 +2 = ? 5
    b) meet an African (preferably Nigerian) who has oil/gold from their late husband (a Govt minister) needing a home

I hear Her Maj is bored of London - try low-balling an offer on Buck House. Worth a punt.

That's right. And you're not even that.

I'd say don't let the door hit you on the way out, but it seems to be a revolving one.
