Is my card still running?

Hi all
I’ve found out that a did indeed have ppi on a Morgan Stanley that was transferred to a barclaycard which is still running 15 years later.My question is this, when filling out claim form is my card closed as it was with Morgan or is it still open but now with barclaycard?
