Unpaid parcel with Hermes?

Hi, I paid to send a parcel with myHermes on Sunday night, dropped it off at parcel shop on Monday and was delivered today Tuesday.

I always keep a check of the tracking and all was well until today when it states the item is unpaid.

I have looked all over website and there is no way to make contact about this. I even have the email that Hermes have taken the money out of my PayPal account which is what normally happens.

Where do I go from here?

Yes, I have email of order confirmation from Hermes and email from Paypal to say Hermes has taken payment.

I also checked my PayPal account and it has been taken by Hermes.

What is strange is that it only came up as unpaid today after it had been delivered.

Have Hermes refunded you? When I have received a refund the parcel goes into unpaid.

No, I didn't expect a refund. It was a straight forward shipping order that has all gone as it should and has been delivered.
It was an ebay sale but I do my own shipping order on pc and print labels myself and drop off at local parcel shop.

Exactly the same thing happens with me each time I use Hermes- once the parecel has been delivered  have been deleting the unpaid message as I have evidence that the payment was taken from my Paypal account.
I think t must just be a glitch on their system.
