Ok the block management said they can send out an electrician, but if the problem is the light bulbs I will have to pay.
providing you have the landlord's written agreement to reimburse you as advised earlier, you will not be out of pocket (though see below)

Thankfully I bought some new bulbs for the lights in the kitchen and now they work fine, so must have been a bulb issue.
changing light bulbs is NOT a landlord's responsibility. It is part of a tenant's obligation to maintain the property's consumable items.

Next thing is doing the hallway and bathroom however they are heavy duty so i'll need an extra pair of hands to help.

Don't really understand what a 'heavy duty lightbulb' is......???

What I dont get is how all three went down within the period of a month ?
Bulbs die. It would be a real unlikely coincidence they never ever died at the same time or in a limited timeframe.

Heavy Light , what i meant is a big circular one on the roof ( about 7foot high ) so very risky and awkward for me to do on my own.

    Wow!!!

I used to be a sparky and I've never seen a 7ft tall light bulb.

I think it's the roof that's 7 foot high - so presumably a house for dwarfs. Or hobbits.
