not sure if this was the right place to post this...sorry if it isn't
I finally received my prepaid bread card in the post today ( i have waited over a month!!!)
I went on line to activate it when i noticed that the load fee at paypoint has changed from £1 per load to 3% of money loaded!!
the only reason i went for a bread card was the £1 load (plus £5 quidco) i'm tempted to cancel it but not sure if i can be doing with the hassel!!
Not impressed... should have used my loaf hahahah

Well, they all like to take an extra slice now and again........
If they are going to do this so soon, what will they get up to in the future.... I'd shop around. Anyone know of any good pre paid card deals out there????0 -

If its a prepaid credit card why do you need to cancel it? Just stop using it like the pay as you go sim.
Looks like they like jam on it!I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -

It cost £10 for the card (-£5 quidco) so if i cancel it i will get my money back (cooling off period)
But fron the research i did they all charge about 3% for either transactions or loading money on. At the time that i ordered it it was just £1 load which worked out a lot cheaper.
Nevermind... looks like i'm a sandwich short of a picknic........ any more bread type jokes lol:rotfl:Finally debt free, all thanks to this site and all the posters:j0 -
It looks like its the final crust for the bread card.......0

So you pay £5 for a card and 3% to load it... why not just get a bank account with a debit card? Probably even get some interest on your positive balance, and they might if you're lucky pay you something to open the account.0
