How's the foot? don't let it stop you - I got a stress fracture to the foot on the Wednesday before the Marathon. did it stop me running (well, jogging), no!!! Well strapped and dosed with painkillers, but I still (just about) got round!!!

Hi Hypno - Foot is a lot lot better thanks, been back running again now for about 10 days and did 10 miles on Sunday without even a twinge so hopefully over that little episode.

Things going great, obviously a few hiccups but generally OK, its nearly a years since it all kicked off, so I guess we are over the worst.

Even talking about going to Venice for our anniversary in October, not very DFW!!!

Debt coming down all the time and nothing so far getting in the way of tackling it

Marathon training going well, Im a shadow of my former self

    Hope all well,

  • Hi Southwester...

I just wanted to pop on and say hello and well done on all of your progress!

I think you have done so amazingly well both with debts and personal challenges.

I've had a rough time of it too relationship wise over the last year but we're going to our first councelling session tonight to see if we can work things through.

Well done again for keeping strong and true.

    big hugs,
