My son is a self employed dental hygienist (sole trader).
He is paying his tax payment on account which is due by 31st July.
Can he pay this out of his business bank account or should he pay it out of his personal bank account?

as a sole trader there is no distinction between "him" and "the business"
matters not where the money comes from, just that it comes on time and in full0 -
As above. Many sole traders don't have separate business bank accounts and just use the one personal account as there is no legal distinction between the business and the individual.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

He is sensible to have two accounts it makes accounting more straightforward.
I always pay from the business account as I find it easier to keep track of such payments that way.0 -
Thanks so much for your help.0
