CCJ from ANPR camera at KFC

Hi all,
On Sunday, I got a notification on Clear Score, saying that a £290 CCJ is to be applied to my account next month.
Yesterday, I called the County Court Business Centre and all they've been able to send me is a jumbled email stating that I owe £182 (£193.09 with interest) for parking for 1hr46 at a KFC in Birmingham at the end of August last year. The address is my previous address, so I'm guessing that correspondence was sent there. I changed my address with the DVLA within days of moving to my new address in September.
Since September, they've made no effort to send information or requests for payment to my new address.
Does anyone have any advice? Should I just pay the raised £290 within a month to get the CCJ removed? Or, should I dispute it on the grounds that they could have discovered my new address any time after the three weeks between me parking in KFC and changing my address with the DVLA?
Many thanks!

Apologies. I'd posted in the wrong subforum, but my post had been moved without me realising.
