  • OH has cost me a day

Said he'd like to meet me on my lunch break today and go for lunch, so did not bring any lunch with me.

However, now due to bickering about the kind of houses we should be viewing, he is no longer coming so now I need to buy some lunch despite the fact I have a perfectly good serving of chicken in black bean sauce and noodles at home in the fridge

    Rant over :A

Please can I join and put my household down for every working day this month (23)?

1/7 - failure: I was away overnight and husband is terrible at remembering to make lunches, despite being reminded!
2/7 - success: lunch made, husband left his behind so had to send it in to work for him.....
3/7 - success: physically put his lunch in his backpack for him :rotfl:

Currently on 2/23 (with one failure)

Edited to add: Mugshots seem like a great way of sending him in with lunch if we've not got anything in the house (I'm attempting to lose weight, so in that case would take a meal replacement from my stash!). I think I'll stock up when we next go shopping!

2/18 so far. We had NO food at home today so had to go to the market. However, lovely stocked fridge now ready for meal prepping lunches next week!

3rd day done! Sandwich, fruit and yogurt today. I'm not feeling another sandwich tomorrow but I have made one anyway. I'm at an awards event tomorrow night so not expecting to make lunch for Friday (and might not be able to update tomorrow). Fingers crossed I still have some energy when I am home! I am trying to think of some back up lunches I could take just in case.

I had another sandwich to make it 4/19.

I ended up using my boots points to get a sandwich from there. I didn't pay anything but I don't feel like it counts :(

Next week I am planning on making lunches a bit more exciting. I am planning on making chilli in my slow cooker :D
