I agree with you but the criteria for SDP alone is so specific that not everyone will understand it or even know it exists. Not everyone has access to the internet either.



There's most likely thousands of people out there that aren't receiving what they should be receiving but if they understood the benefit system they would know what they were entitled to.



On an internet forum you will always get questions like "i am entitled to this" or "what benefits can i claim" why do we have those constant questions? because few people understand it.

100% agree with you. They now cut you off if their too busy. They believe in what letters say like diagnosis letters and tests done doctor letters, nhs letters they don't actually believe you have a condition unless a higher authority says you have it they think your making it all up to get benefits.
