I just bought a house in an area where I know no-one. :eek:
I had posted here and was given a great recomendation of a solicitor I used to buy and now need glazing, heating, wiring and generall oddjob man so come back for more recomendations!
Full window glazing & internal patio/french doors
Central heating pipes putting inside the walls (downstairs only, their on top atm) new boiler & current fire checking for saftey.
New bathroom & cloakroom suite fitted.
Lots of new sockets (approx 5) and checking old wiring, possibly new fusebox
Loft hatch and ladder fitting, bathroom wall moving about 90cm, loft air filter things fitting.
If anyone can give me a rough idea of prices I should expect to pay for any part of this work to i'd appreciate it. Oh and the sooner they can start the better!
