HOW TO ENTER:
2. Entrants must go to https://www.pizzaexpress.com/rdc during the promotional period, provide the details requested (first name, surname, date of birth and postcode) and click the button to enter.
3. The promotion period is 17 June 2019 and 30 November 2019 inclusive.
PRIZE DETAILS:
4. There are one hundred (100) prizes available to win. Twenty (20) winners will be selected per month during the promotional period.
5. Each prize is a PizzaExpress gift card topped up with £50 of credit.
- The gift card will expire:
a) 24 months after its issue date if you do not redeem any of its value or top it up during that period; or
b) 24 months after your last redemption/top up.
PizzaExpress gift cards may be redeemed at any PizzaExpress restaurant within the UK. Sorry, you can’t currently use them for online orders. Gift Cards are treated as cash, so please take care of them.
OTHER TERMS:
6. One entry per person. Multiple entries will be rejected.
7. Winners will be chosen by a free prize draw, from all the entries submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the competition instructions (during the competition period only).
8. The decision of the Promoter on all matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to: (a) add to or waive any rules on reasonable notice; and/or (b) cancel the promotion or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
9. The winners will be notified via email within the first two business days of the month following their entry (and all winners must respond to the Promoter accepting the prize within 7 days of being contacted).
10. Should the promoter be unable to contact a winner by 7 days after the first attempt to notify them, they reserve the right to award the prize to another entrant, selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
11. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there are no cash alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if required.
12. Personal information about Participants will only be shared with the Promoter’s Prize Draw partners and/ or with the Promoter’s agents to the extent necessary to manage such entry and participation as an entrant or, where required, to a legal or regulatory body.
13. Winners agree to co-operate with the Promoter for publicity purposes if so required.
14. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including the prize), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion (including the prize).

Unsure if coincidence or not, but I tried several times to enter and it failed every time.
On the final try I ticked the additional box to opt in to their marketing material and that time it worked. All previous times the form failed.0 -

Thanks, same here - tried about 5 times without opting into marketing, but got the same error message as above. Finally tried saying yes to marketing, and lo and behold, went through fine!0 -
I entered fine the first time (but I did check the sign-up box), using Chrome 0
