CPP... Can i still claim?

Hi
I have recently found some paper work reminding me that i had CPP. But everythread i have found is from 2014-2016
i don't remember seeing any thing in the post at that time not to say i didn't be very likely i didn't understand what it was and chucked it away.
am i too late and should i just forget about?
