What company credit card starts with.....?

Hi,
I am wondering if anyone can help. I am wanting to check whether I've had PPI with an existing credit card I used to have. All I know it started with 5401 and it could have been with either Royal Bank Of Scotland or the Bank Of Scotland. Before I check to see if I had PPI, I wanted to make sure I contact the right company first. Does anyone know whose credit card starts with 5401?
