Subscription help please!

Hi,

I signed up to a subscription service last year. It has now been renewed as I forgot to cancel it. I have emailed the site asking for a refund as I don't want to carry on with my subscription but they have refused to refund the subscription fee for this coming year.

Am I able to request a refund?

Please help as I really could do with this money.

    What do the T&Cs say?

I suspect you should just cancel now so that next year doesn't auto renew.

In most cases they'll refund but with an admin fee deducted (which is fair, as by your own admission you forgot).
