I get 18 wellies in the on line edition,
12 on page 14
-2 on page 16
-2 on page 18
-2 on page 20
just read the options and it says how many pairs 5,15,25 or 35 they are v small so guess the ones I counted are not pairs sorry0 -

The 18 counted by janE1956 in post #2 are individual wellies rather than pairs so that actually makes 9 pairs. Add the pair mentioned by Lola888 in post #3 and we have 10 pairs which is not an option.
However, the first 9 pairs included 5 pairs in a Squelch advert but these were clearly not "hidden". If we eliminate these we are left with 5 pairs, which is an option. These 5 are just individual pairs randomly posted on pages 14, 16, 18, 20, & 29
So I think the required answer is 5....but I could be wrong.0
