Does 'transferring offices' trigger natural migration to UC?

I'm on JSA someone quite knowledgeable has told me that if I move house and have to sign at another Jobcentre, I will be migrated to Universal Credit, even if the new Jobcentre is in the same council/local authority area.
I didn't think I would be because I wouldn't be making a new claim or closing my current claim, but it is a change in circumstances. I live with a family member who already gets the housing element of UC.
