Bush oven problem solving

So this morning my Bush oven has stopped working. Bush were completely uninterested and just guided me to argos who wanted to charge 90 to just look at it plus whatever needs to be done.
The oven will light up and the fan kicks in but I'm not getting any heat from the oven or grill. Where the clock numbers are every so often SHOP flashes up hopefully this means something to someone and it's fixable.

When my bosch main oven stopped heating up (the grill still worked) I just replaced the heating element. It cost about £25 for a genuine replacement and was fairly easy to do, just look on youtube for a guide.

Just found my receipt and it's almost 2 years old warranty was only a year, from what I've read so far I don't think it's an element as both the oven and grill aren't working. Thanks though.

Check the instructions for fault finding, if you haven't got them search online.

I assume the oven & grill use different elements so I would suspect something else. "Shop" in the display suggest that appliance is maybe in display mode (to make it look nice in the showroom but not actually work) & needs to go back to normal mode.

Try to set the clock display.
My oven will not switch on if the clock display is flashing.

If the fan is running and you're getting no heat then this suggests the element may have blown. These are fairly easy to replace yourself, make sure you get the correct part.
