Complicated car question?

Firstly, sorry for jumping straight in with a question!

OH has an appointment on Monday at the court to declare himself bankrupt, we've had advice from the CCCS but unlike most of you here it seems that we've maybe been unlucky with the advisors we've spoken to because they don't seem to properly know their stuff as far as BR is concerned.

Anyway, the situation we have with car is this - I was left a sum of money by my grandmother last year which, along with the previous car as part-ex bought our current car. The car was purchased in OH's name, and he's the registered keeper too, but does that actually make it his car when it was bought with my money? It's only worth £1900-£2250 anyway, and he relies on it to travel to and from work so hopefully it wouldn't cause problems, but we were hoping someone here might be able to advise?

Also, can someone clarify the situation with my credit card - OH is a named cardholder and as I understood it that means I'm responsible for that card and any amount owed on it, so doesn't need to go on the forms? CCCS however said yes it does have to go on there - who is right?

Thanks in advance.
